Good times! Convenient to beach and local activities

We just had a relaxing stay, playing on the beach, nearby golf, etc. Pool was great for kids. Very nice having a sand rinse area.

Perfect place for Family with Young Kids!

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4! Our two young kids loved the bunk beds and the space was perfect. The pool and beach are beautiful. Communication with Chris was smooth and easy and made for a relaxing vacation!!

Great location

Great location on HH. Condo is small, but we’ll equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

Very Accomodating

Chris was very responsive and accomadating. We requested to add a day to our stay and later had to shorten it back and he was very understanding. Place was great...very close to pool, bar, restaurants, and beach!

Pool was very nice, Activities every day, lots, and lots of young children. Stayed in a one bedroom unit could have been cleaner, and there was a situation with the central air being extremely loud

Perfect location

We absolutely loved everything about this unit. The location is perfect for the beach and pool. The condo was clean and cozy. We loved all the ice trays so we could make lots of ice for our cooler for beach days. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys as well as a beach cart to haul it all down. Only down side was the elevator being on the opposite end of the building furthest from the beach but we managed just fine. This was our first trip to HHI and we will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway

We had a fabulous, relaxing getaway at this condo. The condo included everything we needed, including beach chairs and boogie boards :). The free Breeze Trolley provided an easy way to get to shopping and groceries without a car. The property owner was in touch frequently with great information, including the info about the trolley. We loved the pool and the beach equally. The beachside restaurant was a great lunch spot. We also really enjoyed seeing all the pelicans, egrets, herons and eagles. We'll be back!

Felt like family

We loved Hilton Head! Pelican View was a very modest place to stay. The pool was very nice and great access to the beach. The pelican View has everything you need. It also had fun games provided for a rainy day and little toys, sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards for your stay. We rented bikes for a day and biked all over Hilton Head. Had lynch somewhere and stopped to enjoy views. Chris is a very kind host! Will be coming back. The place is tiny but just right for a little get away. We loved the view from the balcony as we watched animals at the marsh. We loved our early morning walks on the beach and sunset views from the beach. Lovely place.

Nice rental....negative check in

Front desk staff were all rude and uninviting. They did not greet me nor did they make eye contact when I was checking in. It made me feel unwelcomed. They almost seemed annoyed that I was checking in. Our rental was smaller than I expected but cute. It could use a good cleaning. Great location to beach. It was a nice weekend getaway. Overall mediocre for the price.

Room was very convenient to the pool and the beach. I should have researched the availability of things within walking distance, because there is nothing. Room was clean on the surface, but could definitely use a deep clean. Owner of the unit was very responsive and helpful. Therenwere chairs and sand toys accessible for use. The staff member at the convention center at check in was extremely rude to me and to the next 2 people in line after me.

Nice but a little challenging.

Lots of walking. The elevator is on the opposite end of the unit and the beach. Yes there’s stairs unless you’re talking stuff/wagon to the beach. Very nice unit, bedding is nice, there’s a fan in the closet (bedding does get warm even when the a/c is a 68. Lots of cooking stuff, extra beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. suggestions for the owner. Turn the table under the tv into a coffee bar and buy a smart tv or an Apple TV box. (they’re not that expensive). The tv isn’t a smart tv, you can’t mirror your phone, there are no apps on the tv. The property is very nice, lots of kids. The pool looked nice, there is a volley ball area just for the property. Nice tennis courts. Not much of a view of the beach

Excellent Weekend Get Away

We had a great time in Hilton Head! Pelican View condo is a perfect spot to enjoy HH. It had lovely natural views and was steps from the pool and beach. I would highly recommend it for families; our boys loved going back and forth from the beach to the pool! They especially loved the movie night at the pool! Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We hope to return again!

Nice Place

The property was nice and well kept. The furnishings, appliances, etc. were older, but in working order. Overall, a good place to stay. The walk to the beach was short. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. My only complaint is they need better pillows. The ones we had were flat as can be.

Great Location

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Easy check in and the location to the beach is easy and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

What we needed!

This beachy condo was just what we needed for our vacation stay. We enjoyed easy access -- to the pool, to the beach, shopping, etc. We'd definitely stay here again!
