A perfect week!

My friends and I stayed Monday-Saturday. There was plenty of space for everyone- good closet space, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. They had beach chairs in the closet from previous gusts which was very convenient for our stay! The living / kitchen space was also a perfect size. Perfect for cards and dinner. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach from our building. Pool/hot tub was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

We love the entire property and being able to walk right onto the beach. The pools were immaculate and we love the new adult pool section! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Villamar Building 2 for a week in early June 2024.Overall the stay was five star!! Our rental was clean and comfortable! The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking equipment that we were able to make several meals onsite!We did have one maintenance issue with a non flushing toilet upon over arrival which was late on a Saturday night. Maintenance was at our door Sunday morning and had it fixed quickly!The pool was wonderful and used often by our teens. Proximity to the ocean was fabulous that we could spend time down there and quickly and easily walk back to our rental when needed.The one caution I would have about the property for any light sleepers is the noise from the tree frogs at night could be heard in our room. It was so loud the first night! By the second night we turned on noise apps and fans to cancel it out. For such small creatures they can really make a riot when they all sing together!This was out second trip to a Palmetto Dunes property and will certainly be back for more!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and nice unit. There was no internet service, although a nice gentleman tried twice to fix it. TV outdated. All technology and hookups were antiquated. Short stay, so none of that mattered much. Villamare itself is great location with nice amenities.

We did have some problems with our room, which the staff handled vey promptly. The first room had a mold problem which was visible and also by smell. The second room, the bed frame was not put together correctly and the bed fell to the floor. Both issues were brought up with management, and were rectified.
