Staff was not nice. Front desk clerk did not know her job. The bartender on the rooftop bar was unpleasant and acted mad that i ordered a drink. I only had one because she was very unfriendly. She had no nametag present..

Food served cold in the rooftop bar. 1. It’s a Marriott 2. It’s in Hilton Head Island, SC The hotel appears as if it was sold off to a competitor and its employees were not trained the Marriott way. Highly disappointed.
