Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

We had an amazing time and Michelle was a fantastic host! With 14 people, we had tons of room and everyone had a bed. House is equipped with plenty of beach chairs and the beach is very close. Game room is great too! Will definitely be returning.

Very Enjoyable stay.

House is close to the beach. Great location. Accessible to the whole island without difficulty. The house is clean and large and just like the pictures. Overall a very memorable vacation.

Hilton Head is such a beautiful beach to visit! First time visiting and we will be going back. The home at 5 Sandy Beach was absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked and kid friendly! Just a walk to the beach made this place perfect for us with kids! Everything you needed for the beach was there (except bring your sunblock hahah) will be visiting again and hopefully the same home! Highly recommend.

Family Fun

We loved 5 Sandy Beach Trail. We are a family of 17. This house did not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed, including 2 refrigerators! Plenty of beds and lots of room for the kids and adults to play and relax. Easy walk to the beach and close to shopping. The host is extremely helpful . We highly recommend this property.

House was amazing!!!

The house was exactly as shown and stated! Very comfortable, spacious. Well stocked kitchen and the play room downstairs was used quite a bit!! We rent a large house every year for a family get together, BEST one yet!!

Family Beach Trip

This is a great location and house. It is easy walking distance to Burke's Beach. It is a large house with lot of amenities. We had 14 people with age ranging from 5-70. Everyone was happy with this house and location. I would recommend or stay there again.

Golf with Friends

Perfect location for our golf get away. Short walk to beach and quick drive to restaurants and golf courses. Too chilly for the outdoor amenities and game room (no heat downstairs).

Great time with family

The house was better than expected and met our family needs well. We had several teenage boys and the lower level game area was great for them. Being close to the park is always a bonus. Communication with Island Impact was stellar. We would stay here again, no question. Thanks.

Fantastic vacation

We were very pkeased with the rental of 5 Sandy Beach Trail in Hilton Head. Everything you coukd want was in the unit including a kitchen that had every dish, cooking utensil and cleaning products youd want. We did a lot of cooking in the house so this was great. Five star experience!

2023 Family vacation (3 Generations)

5 Sandy Beach Trail was the perfect scene for our 2023 family vacation: enough beds for 16+ people, close proximity to the beach, backyard pool, prompt responses from our hosts, Michelle and Dustin, and elevator access to the 2nd floor if needed. (Fortunately we did not need it.)

Just what we were looking for!

The property was exactly what we were looking for for our multi-generational family gathering. The space was immaculately clean, rooms were enourmous, kitchen was well appointed, and the communication with property manager was outstanding. From th listing, I was a tad concerned about how far it was from the beach but we were pleasantly surprised how short of a walk it was to the beach access, which led to a beautiful and not-very-crowded beach. We don't always need a space this size, but we will certainly be back if we're all together again.

Perfect family retreat!

Our first visit to Hilton Head and what a great introduction! 5 Sandy Beach Trail was at once once spacious and beautiful yet cozy and homey. Our large 4 generation family celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary. We all fit around the massive dining room table for meals prepared in the immaculate and functional kitchen. Everyone had a real bed with comfort and style in all sleeping quarters. The beach entertained young and old and those inclined had tv, game room and pool options available. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. And there are the countless restaurant choices nearby. We all loved our stay and highly recommend the home and thank Michele for her attention to ensure our every need was met.

Great location / Well maintained property

Our group of 16 (6 adults and 10 kids) had a fantastic week at 5 Sandy Beach Trail. The downstairs game room and outside pool area where perfect to keep everyone entertained on a rainy day. The kitchen was amazing with two refrigerators, plenty of pantry space, and everything needed to cook a meal. The house features quite a few balconies that were perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the bedroom setup worked great for our groups. The house is about a 5 minute walk to Burke’s beach and had plenty of beach chairs and a cart to make the trip. Our communication with the property manager was also a positive. Very responsive and great customer service. Overall we had a fantastic week and will definitely include this on our list for future trips.

This house was perfect for us! Plenty of bedrooms and room for our grandchildren to run around to their hearts content! There were 15 of us and we were all comfortable. Pool and pool deck were welcoming in the summer heat. Kitchen was well equipped which is important to us as we do a lot of cooking with our large family group. The beach was a short stroll away and the beach cart provided was appreciated. Our only issue was the tvs. Some did not work at all and none could be connected to Hulu live as the listing stated. Dustin and Michele were immediately responsive but could not fix the issue though they were able to get most working and then we could connect to our own streaming services. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this home!

Wonderful Rental Property

I rarely write reviews but I felt so compelled to share our experience with potential renters of 5 Sandy Beach. This property exceeded our expectations. This house was more than equipped to keep 4 teenagers and 5 adults entertained and happy. The kitchen was so well stocked with more than enough plates, utensils, and every appliance imaginable. The bedding on all of the beds was comfortable and every light fixture was labeled which was such a small detail that made a big difference. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us too. Easy walking distance to the beach. I did lots of research prior to this booking and I am so glad I picked this property. The pictures were exactly what we found to be true and I would not hesitate for a minute to rent this property again.

If you want to spend your vacation in a magnificent, accommodating and beautiful home,5 Sandy Beach is your place. Every room was spacious, spotless and this home had every amenity that you would want or need. The two refrigerators and wine fridge were helpful with our big crowd. We loved the short walk to the beach and when we needed a break from the beach, the pool area and game room were well enjoyed.We cooked many big meals in the well equipped and spacious kitchen.All of the beds were very comfortable and our 3 grand girls loved the bunk room. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and questions were answered promptly. She even sends a reminder about the trash pick up which is twice. She is on top of everything. We definitely want to stay in this wonderful home again.

Amazing Hilton Head Getaway!

We rented 5 Sandy Beach Trail recently for a girls getaway trip and had a fantastic time! There were 7 of us besties and we had room to spread out and relax when we needed solitude but then come together in the comfortable dining/family room area to connect over pancakes and mimosas or The Golden Bachelor on Hulu and My Big Fat Greek Wedding on NetFlix! The home is decorated beautifully; as fabulous as the photos are, I really feel the home is even more spectacular in person, but it’s not stuffy or overdone: It’s simply perfect! There is nothing that the thoughtful owners have forgotten to provide and I can’t say enough good things about Dustin and Michelle and the excellent communication and clear instructions provided throughout our stay. Location is perfect, just a block from the beach where we watched the sunrise, practiced yoga and took long walks and gorgeous instagram photos while greeting various friendly neighbors with pups. We even saw a few dolphins playing in the waves! I’m so blessed to have found this treasure - we would return tomorrow if we could!
