Beautiful room and balcony, lovely location. The staff was unimpressive. Said no to almost everything, helped only a bit, and seemed to avoid customers when within the hotel. They kinda did the bare minimum with the exception of the maintenance guy that fixed our AC, he was lovely. Overall disappointed in the experience at this place.

We booked two rooms and requested rooms on the same floor. We were given rooms on floor 3 and 6 and when we requested same floor, the desk staff hastily replied no rooms available which we later found out to be false. The hotel was occupied at 60% occupancy! We requested the change again the next day and were given a room on 6 th flior.
