The Watermark Hotel
"Had a great stay at this hotel. Gives luxury vibes for a good price. Still close to the DMV area to explore and a lot you could do. Pretty clean, well aired rooms, nice bathroom, breakfast had a lot of options. Gym was well equipped. The Wren restaurant and bar were good, tried a new drink, both ..."

Washington Plaza Hotel
"Big win if you provided a complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby. Most people do not brew their coffee in their room. The coffee tray in the room that holds the cups, cream and sugar is never clean. When people travel, they do not want to be bothered with making coffee. Plus, many things ..."

Hamilton Hotel Washington DC
"Great location. Quiet room. Excellent bed. Front desk team is very helpful. The bar was closed at 9:30pm which I found unusual for a downtown DC hotel. Overall a good option!"

Hyatt Regency Dulles International Airport
"Spacious, nice room. The negatives : old dirty tissue and a half-full soda bottle on the window ledge. A very noisy A/C unit. That seems to be the weakness of most North American hotels. Pleasant and helpful staff. Satisfactory breakfast choices."

"There was a ship on the property that takes you to the National Harbor a must see. The basic breakfast was very nice and a sweet lady named Maria greets you and takes good care of you."

"Everything was exceptional. Front desk receptionists were awesome and accommodating. My only complaint is the bartender- we arrived late and my sister wanted to enjoy the happy hour (I wasn’t there yet). Can’t remember what time it ended but she had 10 minutes. Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
"Everything was exceptional. Front desk receptionists were awesome and accommodating. My only complaint is the bartender- we arrived late and my sister wanted to enjoy the happy hour (I wasn’t there yet). Can’t remember what time it ended but she had 10 minutes. He waited to serve her until after it ended. She’s non confrontational (I’m not). It’s called Unreasonable Hospitality- she would’ve gotten 1 happy hour drink but she would’ve felt like we did when we checked in (like we mattered). Instead she got 1 drink and left and his tip was light so he only hurt himself in the end. May want to educate a what good customer service looks like. Just a suggestion"
