I’m writing a review that I was told I didn’t have reservations for. How can I review a stay that I was told I didn’t make? Also, the front desk man was rude. Said I could get a room for more a night through them. Didn’t want to help at all so I spent $300 somewhere else!

the air conditioning was fine, clean room. The staff on duty on the morning i checked out, April 2 was not very friendly at all. Almost rude. He acted like it was inconvenient for him to send my receipt to my email. I didn't see his name.
