Staff was good overall. However, the rooms are grosse. Inner blinds have brown yuck at the bases, the carpets are full of stains in room and hallways. The bathroom seemed pretty clean. Sheets were good. Rate jumped from quotes $118 to $167! And the receipt they gave me said I would be charged $150! No continental breakfast. And the pool and hot tub looked yellow as if it were dirty bath water!!

The room was in great shape and clean but all the carpets in the hallways need a desperate cleaning. Went down to pool and the hot tub water was cloudy and the tile had black grime around it. Pool water was clearer but it needs cleaning also. The tile is filthy dirty!
