"The staff were really helpful and nice - the hotel was a bit underwhelming as we got to our room - the phone wasn’t working which meant i had to go down to the bar to order room service. We had asked if our room could be cleaned as we have a toddler and had dirty nappies and food from room service - over the 3 days our room was never cleaned, no new towels and room service trays were never collected. the table in our room was broken so we had to be careful to put things in there - our bath had hairs all in it as well as an old razor head, we had cobwebs all over the lights and our room window was broken so could not open for fresh air. the room itself was not that bad apart from those things but 100% the staff make it better - especially the receptionists. The breakfast was nice however the meat options were pork so that was limited. But overall experience was not that bad !"
