The room itself was excellent and spacious. However, the major issue was water leaking from the sink and the ceiling, which entered the room and caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, there was no proper sound insulation in the walls. The noise from shower and running water in bathroom came directly into our room, seriously disturbing the sleeping members. Breakfast was just okay, definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Everything was great! We loved how close the hotel was to Hershey Park, and the surrounding area was very nice—within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hot breakfast was a great bonus. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We truly loved our stay. Staff was great also

We would stay here again because the room was nice and spacious and the prices were reasonable. Our only complaint is they did not make up the room while we were gone all day.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Claire at the front desk. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The only complaint was one day there were lots of options with peppers and onions. My wife is allergic, so only cold options for her that day.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Only complaint was that walls were very thin. We heard our neighbors until well into the early morning (3:30 ish; granted, it was NYE; however, someone was banging on our wall at 8:30 am in the morning bc our daughter (3) started crying. While it’s obviously not a fault of the hotel, the thin walls definitely didn’t help that situation.
