Nice accommodations, very friendly staff. The room had a bit of an odor, it could be that our non-smoking room was formerly a smoking room. The price of the room includes a hot buffet-style breakfast, including cold breakfast options, but get there early! We only stayed for one night, but would come back for a stop-over stay again.

When we checked in the night shift said that we had booked a smoking room I asked for a can of Febreze she slammed a can of Lysol on the counter I thought that was very rude you should ask if it's a smoking or non-smoking room on your website very disappointed about this I am an ex-smoker I hate the smell of smoke

Clean and staff was super!

Pros: Staff friendliness and clean rooms.
Cons: Nothing.
Rooms seemed to have just been remodeled. Everything was so clean, no bad smells, no dirty carpet. The lady working the evening was so helpful and friendly. We loved our experience.

Good for a small town

We stayed three nights with our dog. Room was clean, linens fresh and continental breakfast sufficient. Internet available free was a plus for us. Hotel staff was friend and helpful. Close to restaurants and town. Would stay again, even without dog.

worst best western

I booked a non smoking room on the lower floor, but had to take a second floor smoking room because of a mistake in booking. This was not good because my entire party is allergic to smoke smells and I am handicapped. The toilet ran constantly in the room unless you shook the handle everytime you used it. The front desk staff was insufficientand blamed everything on travel agency.

AVOID this place!

To save money, the owners only let the fans run on the heating/cooling unit some of the time; with the result being that you're either sweating or shivering, and nothing in between. This is, by FAR, the worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
