Great golf, fantastic hiking, and gold-medal fishing opportunities also abound within easy reach of home. Park City is eight miles away.

While the home is well-positioned for outdoor adventure, its incredible interior and high-end amenity offerings will make it hard to leave. From the private hot tub to multiple living areas and fireplaces, the space comes thoughtfully designed and furnished for complete comfort. Each living room boasts panoramic views with gorgeous gas fireplaces and plush seating equipped on each floor for cozy family gatherings. A massive smart TV sets the stage for movie nights in the main-floor living area while a mini fridge, an air hockey table, and an additional smart TV are ready for happy hour entertainment downstairs. One of the five comfortable bedrooms acts as a private home office complete with a sofa sleeper, TV, closet, and desk space for remote working and/or additional guest accommodations. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
