The house is a strange u-shape layout that is not reflected in the listing. The floor needs immediate repair, which is evidently scheduled, however, the boards are popping up in places causing some splinters, etc. The home is warm and otherwise comfortable. All the appliances work. I would suggest an alternative to the entry. I found the lock box for the key very frustrating. Also, it should be noted that guests are responsible for shoveling now and clearing the drive.

Great property, easy to find and centrally located to Hayward. Downtown is less than a mile, maybe a 10 minute walk. Property was clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are somewhere to throw dog poop bags outside, maybe provide poop bags (although we always have some), and finally, maybe put some non-slip in the showers. I highly recommend the property, if it wasn't so hot we would have had a fire outside.

Fishing Trip

The house was clean and very accommodating. Easily fit 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. Couple of things for feedback, would have been nice to have an outdoor patio table to enjoy meals outside. The soap in the bathrooms was watered down, we had to use the dawn dish soap to feel as if we had clean hands. The basement is definitely a basement, with spiders and other bugs and quite cold. Was as clean as it could have been, nothing that the owners could do, just a heads up for anyone staying.

Girls weekend

The property was perfect. The house was very large and had ample space for the group to gather as well as many spots for smaller groups as well as ample spots for quiet downtime. The cabinets were stocked with nice quality dishes and glassware and all the utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, pillows and towels. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and walking distance to all of the local spots. The property manager was very responsive when we had a minor snag. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for an event in Hayward

This house was perfect for 5 adults for a weekend in Hayward. The house was clean, and with three bathrooms it felt like everyone almost had their own bathroom in addition to having their own room.

Great location

This property is perfect for a group to stay and walking distance to downtown Hayward. One star lowered because we didn’t receive any communication from the host when we had questions. Note — the window wells are very deep and we had to rescue some animals stuck in there. Could use some protectors or something.

Guys golf getaway

This is a great house and the location was perfect. Looks like it was a complete renovation and they did a great job. Everything about it was perfect for a six guy golf trip!!

Great location

The house was perfect for a family weekend! We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and even the little kids had some space. I did message the owner and didn’t hear back but did figure things out on my own. WiFi tip- restart the router when you get there and that should allow you to log on! Check out sheet is in the kitchen drawer (didn’t find it until the night before leaving but it worked out and was very straight forward)

Perfect for biking

Great place. We biked and it was close to the best mountain biking trails. Lots of space, super clean. The internet didn’t work and we tried to reach out but did not hear back.

Great Place

Four families stayed for a weekend, and it was perfect. Super clean and well stocked house, they thought of everything. Adults had space and the teens enjoyed theirs. Management was quick to respond to texts about wifi (just needed a reboot) and they were flexible with our check in and check out time since we were in town for a hockey tournament. We would all stay here again.

It was great. Perfect for 10 people although the bunk beds aren't handy for us women in our 60's so one of us slept on the couch. The women on the main floor said they could have used an extra mirror or 2. I was in the basement and loved it. Will hopefully be back in the future.

Summer Getaway

We had a mini family reunion in Hayward. The house was super clean, relaxing and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals, however we did enjoy the nearby restaurants and supper clubs... maybe a little too much :) The backyard deck was large with many chairs but I wish there were a table for an outdoor dining option. Easy check in and check out! Location was very close to downtown main street with one of the best coffee shops, Backroads Coffee, and many quaint stores. Neighborhood was quiet and right near a golf course. It was a great time catching up with family and exploring Hayward. We will be back!
