Great place to stay in Hays. Rooms are smaller than average but have everything a traveler would need. A newer hotel so everything is nice and clean! The shower heads are awesome!

When we got there that evening there was a pretty messy spill by the elevators. I told the guy and it didn’t get cleaned up until the morning. The floor and elevator were sticky. Our room had a coffee spill and I found nail clippings and debris in the bathroom. The sink also had hair in the drain. It was dirty. Unfortunately.

Disgustingly filthy rooms. Dead flies on the floor and headboard. Dust bunnies on the headboard and baseboards. Orange mold and gunk in shower tracks. Our feet were black from walking barefoot.
