Clean and comfortable

Nice place to stay when travelling to HatYai. Room is clean and tidy. Downside is the water pressure. Would suggest to have transportation to travel around.

Kurang Memuaskan

Saya berasa sangat kecewa kerana pekerja dibahagian reception tidak berapa paham B. Inggeris, ia sedikit sebanyak menyukarkan untuk saya bercakap dgn mereka. Selain itu, saya cukup pantang, apabila dah booking terlalu awal, dan bila sampai sana , bilik yang sy booking x lengkap, iaitu bilik triple yang sy booking utk 4 bilik tidak dapat, hanya 3 bilik sahaja. Bila saya bgthu bilik yang saya tempah, pekerja seperti terpinga-pinga cari , seperti saya x buat booking dan sy sendiri tengok dokumen yg mereka pegang dan sy jumpa nama saya. Kemudian, jumlah pula xsama seperti yang sepatutnya.Lagi satu, satu bilik tidak boleh masuk lagi disebabkan baru nak bersihkan, keluarga saya terpaksa tunggu di bhgian reception, sedikit kecewa sb kami datang jauh dan ingin cepat berehat.
