We checked in after 13 hours of driving expecting some sleep we checked in at 7.00pm and after 4.30 am we still had not slept due to upstairs noise and with management going up there twice to tell them to be quiet it still went on. We paid 200 for no sleep. The quests making noise should have been asked to leave.

Lo unico negativo fue que la habitacion de impedidos q habiamos reservado alguien la tenia en las primeras dos noches. Pero al menos hicieron los ajustes en la tarifa y eventualmente nos movieron al cuarto reservado. Tamika la host y el Manager fueron excelentes!

Dried blood & other stains on bedspread! Vomit! Bathroom door did not close - had to be slammed shut if you wanted to close it and then my kid couldn’t get out. Faucet in bathroom sink was so small a stream of water came out near the back of the giant sink bowl and your hands rubbed the back of the sink bowl to wash. Handicap room so I’m not sure if you were in a wheelchair you could even reach your hands under the water of the sink... Tons of rails in bath for handicap accessibility but only had tub! There was a handheld shower head, but no drain in floor of bath. No USB plugs and only 2 outlets not used by items already in the room and they were nowhere near the beds! The front desk tried to say outlets/USBs on lamps but there was not. We had to unplug the lights, tv etc for outlets to charge 4 phones. Guess you need to travel with a power strip if you visit this hotel! The refrig and microwave were alone on a wall in front of a 4 outlet box - 2 of these were open for use. The coffee maker was across the room in a random spot on a nightstand type table because again there was an outlet there. Ran out of hot breakfast food. Couldn’t keep stocked items like silver wear or napkins. No toaster at breakfast but had bread, bagel and English muffins out. The pool was freezing, in poor repair, and dirty. Seemed to have poor filtration as there was various items of debris, like hair in the water. There was 1 towel at the pool and it was slightly larger than a handtowel.

We thought the rooms were very spacious and a good size. Something to consider is a heated pool because it was very cold.

The pool was great. Breakfastvwas ok. The staff at the desk were not great. The first guy charhed me for the room though i paid with travelocity. The girl i spoke to next agreed hey made a mistake and promised to take care of it. The third woman was 100% condescending, her tone was rude and she was not helpful. The hotel was adequate but the staff were either poorly trained or completely rude each one blaming the last for the issue. Im still bot sure ill get my money back.
