Was perfect for a short stay overnight before we caught our plane the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second floor that we are aware of.

Never Again

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Clean the hotel, fix the holes in window screens, and have people that treat guest with respect work there
Never again, the room was nasty lots of stain on rugs, walls, door, crumbs on the floor etc. The room had no AC and it was a least 90 degrees out so a course had to sleep with window opened which had a huge hole in. My child ended up tons of bug bits on her. Also the noise level made it impossible to sleep. they have a shuttle that leaves for the airport like every hour and has loud backing up sounds on it. the traffic was none stop all night. The website said full breakfast when we went down there was nothing but a few pieces of bread and one container of Juice and Coffee far from what anyone would consider a full breakfast. Also after checking in i got a phone call from the desk, which i thought was really weird. However I some how when I booked online it said I only had 5 people instead of 6. 4 of which were children under 12. well I guess the guy that checked us in decided to count how many i had and decided to yell and scream at me saying that he is going to charge me an extra $20 or I could leave the hotel. It was already 10pm. I told him to do what he had to do and I would deal with it in the morning. Now the room that I had rented was at a max of 6 and that is all I had with me . so there should not have been an issue having an extra child with me . and to think it would ever be ok to yell at a guest that was is crazy. If it wasn't for the kids being so tired from a long day at Six Flags I would have left. NEVER AGAIN will I Stay at a hotel from this brand.

Smallest Room, WEAK Breakfast

Pros: Easy to get to.
Cons: The sense that any expense wasn't spared.
I had a very small room, just big enough for the one queen bed, desk and TV/dresser. The breakfast could not have taken more than 5 minutes to set up; I don't think anything (only bread items, mini muffins, two dry cereals) were fresh. No fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

I got a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, Free breakfast
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. I worried a little about some noise that might come from the airport very close by, but it was quiet and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
