My room was filthy. Used bar of soap and dirt around the tub. The sheets had repaired holes and stains. I wore socks because the rug was not vacuumed. The planes were loud and you heard everything in the next room. I only stayed overnight or else I would have left

The room smelled awful. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The condition of the room was bad. Carpets were stained and damage. The ceiling had tape in various places. Looks like some previous water damage on the ceiling and walls. Not worth the price paid.

One night stay/disapointing
Shuttle pick up from airport was fast and courteous. Check in was quick. Room was horribly outdated. Furniture looked like a pack of dogs had been chewing on it. Caulk and grout at base of tub was dirty and mildewed. Hair dryer cord was covered in dirt and slime. Had 2 face cloths, one hand towel. Bed mattress was the worst we ever tried to sleep on. It was both hard and bumpy at the same time. Pillows were tiny/half the size of a typical pillow. Carpet was dirty and worn and should have been replaced years ago. Room heater did not work. Room safe did not work. This property is horribly taken care of and should be inspected for numerous cleanliness and health violations. Will never stay there again.

The walls and floors were filthy, there was sticky stuff in several spots on the carpet. The lady at the front desk is a thief, we made reservations and paid with a different credit card upon arrival, she charged the other card also and is blaming expedia (which is a lie). I would not ever recommend this place, it is disgusting and as of now twice the price until this is resolved

You get what you pay for
This hotel was basically what you would expect for the price. The room was dated but the beds were ok. Clean but showing lots of signs of wear and tear. The checkin clerk was unfriendly; her computer system was down and she acted very irritable the entire check in. She gave us no directions on parking or where our rooms were- just tossed over the keys and went on to the next person. It would have been helpful to know that long term parking was an extra fee. Our room had very thin walls and the traffic noise was very loud all night long. The rooms were tiny. Definitely doable for one night but not very comfortable or quiet.

Enjoy that it is close to Bradley International Airport, and some fast food and delivery available. It is also close to some grocery stores. I find it somewhat hypocritical of the staff (might NOT be the management), to: A) Have Expedia or their website offer front-desk safe (but apparently no safe is there), B) Offer 3-mile radius shuttle rides (but depending on who is driving that shift, they might-or-might-not go to the grocery store {some are within 3 miles} or the Air Museum {which is right next to the Airport's control tower!}, C) Claim they will have towels or shampoo or toilet paper rolls or toothpaste sent to your room, but never follow-through with having them sent that shift {It seems some staff are making up excuses for not stocking the front desk with enough of these for the night, and then fibbing to guests for their lack of preparation} D) Claim cleanliness of breakfast area, but not cleaning toaster crumb trays, nor cleaning juice spill-trough at least daily, E) Why not leave a "Used linens & blankets" basket and a "Used towels" basket right near the housekeeping door on each floor, so guests can throw used towels into those, unstead of leaving them on the ground, or putting them into plastic bags? F) Why doesn't the hotel have the ability to leave voice-mails on the room phones? (There are instruction plates on the phones that are marked "Days Inn - Windsor Locks", which indicate "Press *71 to retrieve voice messages") Management should fix these!

Although clean, the hotel seriously needs new paint on the walls just about everywhere I saw. Scuffs, scrapes and dirty marks. The staff was helpful and friendly.
