"Ideal location outside the Times Square chaos, yet close to Broadway theaters, Central Park, and subway access. Bar/restaurant staff excellent - friendly, helpful. Clean and well maintained. Starbucks on site. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as hotel would not honor a late checkout (am a gold elite member and part of my benefits) and charged $6/bag plus tax to store luggage. Also super long check-in lines and thin walls. Had a loud neighbor and some late night hallway traffic, but overall comfortable sleeping."
