"Absolutely worst pillows I have ever slept on. There were six and they were all lumpy. Hotel was very loud but I expected that being downtown. Hard to sleep here. I chose it because of the high ratings but should have saved my money and slept at a motel off the highway."

"Solid stay in the downtown Ft Smith area. Easy walk back to the room after a few drinks. Vibe is a bit dark and dated in the common areas but exceptionally clean and fairly well maintained. Someone stole our door dash before hubby could get to it so be on the lookout for late night fast food bandits. ..."
