The location of this house is perfect. Public beach access less than 1/2 a block away. 2 pools. The house was clean, and beach ball property was amazing at communication. 10/10 on the location & property.

Family Vacay

This home was perfect for our family vacay! It was super cute, clean, and an ideal number of rooms and bathrooms for our crew! The pool was nice and we were able to walk to the beach with no issues! I'd stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a great time, easy walk to the beach, pool was never over crowded, small size was fine for our younger kids. Location of the property was close to a lot of restaurants. Everything clean and comfortable.

Great location and very clean!

Only thing missing is an outdoor grill, maybe beach ball properties can do something about that bc it looked like several other cottages had grills. This was our third time to stay here, and I'd highly recommend even though I'd be selfish to say don't bc we'd like to keep it a little secret.

The good - the condo was as represented in photos, clean, space was what we needed. The location was great. Short walk to the beach, and some stores/restaurants. The bad - we had a few minor issues with the cable/remote, missing a broom, internet wasnt great if you need to work. The biggest issue for us was the hot tub and heated pool. Both of these were not usable as there was something wrong with the heating element. This condo was selected due to these two items. Upon arrival and trying to use these we alerted the management company. At the end of the week trip we were told the HOA is in charge of these items and there was nothing that could be done other than sharing the info with the HOA which was done. Extremely disappointing. If the heated pool and hot tub are an important element to your stay I would not recommend this property.

This was our 2nd time to stay here. The beds are very cozy, including the kid’s bunk beds! Everything is very clean & just like the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked. Location across from the beach is perfect. Communication upon arrival when our door code wasn’t working was excellent. The living room rug needs to be replaced due to not very clean. I laid a towel down to change my baby’s diaper because it was pretty gross.

2nd stay at this cottage of convenience

Love the location, within walking distance to multiple stores along with a short walk to the beach. Place was clean and any questions or concerns we had Beachball Properties addressed it right away. Hopefully looking forward to a 3rd visit in the future!

COMFY BEDS & SUPER CLEAN!

We stayed here with family & friends for the week. It was very clean & to everything to do! The beach access is directly across the street- easy access! The beds & pillows were all very comfortable! We couldn’t find a broom to clean up, but other than that, everything was great! Thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely book with them again!

Great location, very short walk to the beach, could watch the kids swim from the balcony. It was so new and clean, we had to be the first to stay in the unit! Already looking into coming back to same unit.

Comfortable cottage

This property was perfect for our two families! The home was clean and spacious. Communication with the company was easy. It's set in a quiet stretch away from the busier area, which we loved. A quick, easy walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Rental

We enjoyed this stay as it is one one the best vacation rental experiences by far. What i enjoyed most was the quick & friendly communication when I had a question. It is a short walk to the beach and proximity to the pool was great! The property was very clean! When we return to Gilf Shores I will seek this property first!

Perfection!

This home was perfect for our extended family of 10. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and enough room in the home for us to chill. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the beautiful home. Easy to check in/ check out. Very short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed having a pool so close as well. Beds were comfortable! Everything was very clean. Kitchen had all of the pots, pans, etc that we needed. It was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and covered parking. We realize this is a new home, but small things are missing (dust pan, kitchen towel, bars of soap for sinks not just shower, every bathroom only had one hand towel and no wash cloths, we could not find an ironing board- only the iron) All minor things that we assumed were just oversights because it's so new. However, one bigger item is that we really wished there was a grill. It was not practical for us to bring a charcoal grill with us. The listing probably needs to be updated to let renters know there isn't a grill at the home (or even on the property) and that they DO have beach chairs/ toys. We rented chairs, but didn't need to. Lastly, as a suggestion, maybe add a canvas/ lightweight curtain between the porch and the neighbors' porch. We never felt like we could sit outside because they were always outside smoking cigarettes (and other things) while playing games. It would be nice to have some privacy. We loved the location and all felt so comfortable in the home. We would stay with you again if bask in the area. Thank you for opening up your home.
