We loved the space of this unit. Beautiful view of the ocean! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools areas.The trolley took us to the beach and came right after calling for it!

Great Stay

Great stay, unit was well stocked and located conveniently to many activities and also had many on site as well. Basketballs, pickleball, exercise and fitness center, pools, hot tubs, and beach access to name a few.

Fun getaway, perfect for big groups with kids

The unit and property exceeded expectations. The condo is so spacious and accommodated three families perfectly. The property is a blast and has so much to offer.

Beautiful condo. Very big and plenty of sleeping space!

We loved all of the amenities on the property! The lazy river was our favorite, but my teenagers loved the game room, and my toddler loved the slides. We will be back for sure!!!

Perfect Family Condo

We had the best little staycation at this condo. It was perfectly set up for our family and the kids loved the layout of the bunkbeds! The property manager had wonderful communication with us before, during and after our stay. All the beds were comfy, everything was easy to find and you we had a great view of everything close by. We are looking forward to booking future stays at this location!

Perfect Getaway!

From the moment we checked in, Signature Properties made sure all our needs were met, including a text during our stay to verify all was going well. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and space for everyone’s comfort. The balcony was spacious with an extraordinary view! There were amenities for all to enjoy and a delicious restaurant adjacent to the property.

Fantastic place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was perfect. Loved sitting on balcony playing LCR at night and looking at the ocean. The resort amenities kept everyone busy.. The beds all super comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 grandkids.. more than enough room for everyone. Corner condo with elevator right there. Would definitely recommend this condo and Caribe Resort....Thanks for the memories!

For the most part - good review

Check-in - slow to get through the gateProperty allowed guests to block parking spaces to check in. Hard time getting my car out. When I checked out at 5:30 in the morning, no carts were available. Apparently were in guest rooms. Also, I elevator to the pools was down the whole week. Room was great as well as pools, cabana, service from bar.

Beautiful condo

This is the 4th condo we have stayed a month long in Orange Beach and is by far the nicest. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the Master Bedrooms closet is locked and they just have a rod hanging on the wall in the bedroom to hang your clothes and the condo only has the public Wi-Fi posted. I work remotely, and it made it very difficult.

Faith’s 17 birthday weekend

Property was perfect. This unit is beautiful and so very spacious. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for this group!! 4 adults and 7 18 year olds. Never heard any of them complain for use of space. The views from this unit are perfect. The ice maker was top notch for this stay. We wished all condo’s and lake homes would have this ice maker available!! We will definitely stay at the unit again, but for longer next time!!

We love the Caribe resort and have stayed here several times in this complex. The unit overall was great! Plenty of space to spread out! The wrap around balcony with multiple sitting areas was excellent! Gorgeous view of the gulf and bay side. The unit was completely stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Very close to the elevator which is a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place for a family vacation

The condo was amazing, the property was amazing, we will definitely be back. The three pools and the lazy river were perfect. Only word of advice for someone looking to book - after using the property transportation to get to the beach (five min ride), we decided it would actually be faster to drive to another beach ourselves because the walk to the ocean wouldn’t be so long. The boardwalk where the Caribe drops you is a good 10 min walk at a fast clip. Add to that grandma Susie and all of your gear and it’s kind of a pain. Of course that has nothing to do with the rental, just some insight for you! Property was 5 stars, for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly what we needed! As a bunch of vet students that are about to go into clinics, we needed a few days to relax. Also it was my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! I’ll never understand why people say they need to go to the beach in the summer because while it was cold, it was the ambiance that was perfection. The wrap around porch that overlooks the gulf, listening to the waves crash as you lay in bed or on the couch, the lighting, the kitchen (to die for), and it never felt like we were on top of each other. It was absolutely wonderful!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The parking space is very close to the entrance, which was a plus. But the instructions as to which elevator to take should be included in the directions as none were posted onsite either. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise, so it needs maintenance. Also, in the description, the condo does not have beach access, you have to take a shuttle to the beach, so that was misleading. The view from the balcony is ok, it faces the water but the interstate is there as well, so you mainly here the traffic. All in all the stay was great and I would probably stay again.

Julie was very accommodating, answered questions promptly, allowed our early check-in and late check-out. Condo amenities were great. Only concern was the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open-even for adults. Beautiful pools, not very crowded at this time. I do agree with others that supervision is needed by slides and lazy river. Older kids hanging from beams at lazy rivers and kids going down slides 4-5 at a time/standing on slides. Would stay here again.

Beds were cozy, Condo was clean, Kitchen fully stocked. The Bunk Bed room was a hit with the boys... all the furnishings were updated and current. Early coffee on the patio was a favorite spot. LOVED the American Flag waiving proudly from the property buildings. We definitely will return to this condo.There were a few minor maintenance issues needing attention, and the management assured these will be addressed for the next guests.A wonderful week!
