The Location was nice and quiet and upkept. The Staff at the front desk "Jade" was fantastic really helpful in every inquiry that was needed she went above and beyond. Jade is one of the nicest property agents I have encountered in my travels and should be commended for it thank you.

This property was amazing.The host is just the nicest person, very communicative and available day or night. My room was immaculate, and the views at this property were absolutely incredible.You can walk the bluff and overlook the ocean views. It's pet friendly and my little dog had a wonderful time staying here as well. There's a fire pit and outdoor seating. There are benches all along the bluff and places to sit and meditate or be still and reflect. I just enjoyed the overall time that i was here. I also got to see whales right off the shore. Highly reccomend the surf inn.

We arrived in Gualala several hours before we expected. We were tired and thought we'd ask, just on the chance, if there would be any possibility of an early check in. Jade was gracious and helpful upon our arrival and during check-in. She was well prepared with info that answered any questions about the amenities and surrounding areas.
