Home is equipped with everything you will need to feel right at home, King and Queen Tempur-Pedic Premium memory form beds, pool table, full sectional for seating, 75" premium Smart TV, 65" smart TV in main room and 50" TV in second king bedroom with Netflix, Amazon Video and Youtube for music. Enjoy the front yard patio sitting area and private parking. The private back yard has sitting as well, ask if hot tub is operational. Great location, thanks for the conveniences in the kitchen. Please replace the broken couch in the living room, and have your cleaning service clean under beds and furniture, very dusty. The cleaning mops washer and dryer are all packed in a closet, please tidy up and put cleaning supplies elsewhere. Otherwise, good property, needs some attention to details

Overall nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping, on a dead end road no traffic. We really enjoyed the hot tub just a lot of work to keep taking the top off. Does take 2. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint i would have is the couch. Could only really sit in 2 spots. Other than that we would stay agin.

We enjoyed the proximity to Lander and the quietness of the property. The beds were comfortable. However, the couch is not safe, and the hot tub was not hot. It worked, but did not stay hot because the cover is broken.

Needs some improvement and cleaning.
The property location is excellent, close to everything in Greenwood, the check in was good, great communication with the owner. The house has a high school party house vibe, it was very dirty, there were dead roaches and bugs inside of the house, everything was old and worn out. The bed sheets were not clean as I found other peoples hair on the pillows and sheets. Some parts of the house were broken, there were leftovers on the fridge, cabinets, bathroom. It looked like someone was still living there and left a bunch of dirty stuff and things behind.

Great location and great house.
We went to the 2023 Blues and BBQ festival and this property was the perfect alternative to a hotel. Spacious, welcoming and so convenient to town. Definitely recommend when visiting Greenwood!

I rented this home for guys coming to work from out of town for a few weeks . They enjoyed it.

As described
The photos accurately describe the unit. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and the bathroom clean which are my main needs. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Terrance was a responsive communicator and check in was easy. The only challenge was attempting to access the hot tub by removing the cumbersome covers and sediment in the hottub. I would definitely stay again.
