This hotel is not what we expected! The roll away looked like they’ve had it since 1995, the king bed in our room was hard as a board! I’m 6 1/2 months pregnant I got NO sleep at all the room smelled of cigarettes, they kept trying to charge my card after it was paid! We booked a hotel specifically with a pool for the kids no where on here did it say the pool was closed, said it was a bar I mean they had beer and wine but far from a bar, elevator door was messed up it kept opening and shutting on its own it literally shut on me! Will not be returning here! Would not recommend it either! Only good thing I can say about this place is the staff front desk was super nice and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as they could.

The hotel was ok, did not get the room that I request, so that put a little damper on the trip. I am short so I needed a step stool to get in the bed. Other than that we had a great time in Greenville.

The guy who chevked mebin wasn't friendly at all. Ive stayed there several nights ivervthe padt few weeks and enjoyed the stay but it was different this stay. The room had an odor in it and when i told him there was no urgency. I wasn't asked a preference where i wanted to stay as far as what floor. I was told i could not get a late check out due to them being ynder staffed after i was told my previous visitsvi could always get a 12 o'clock check out. My last 2 visit werecwith an African American lady who went outbof her way for me during my whole visit with getting me towels late check out smiling and laughing even came to know her a little bit from good conversations even realize shes a Dallas cowboy fan and webjoked because im a Pittsburgh steelers fan. I dont want to penalize her with this survey i dont know which visit this one applies to so im making it clear on the different employess. The guy wasn't mean hebjust wasn't as involved and urgent to my needs as the other lady was.

Convenient to the airport with an airport shuttle. The night clerk was extremely friendly when I checked out for a 0430 AM departure to the airport. While the free breakfast was not schedule until 7AM, he offered me bagels, muffins, coffee ect. The shuttle driver was efficient and an excellent driver. the room was clean but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Pets are allowed and there was a yapping dog one night of the two nights I stayed there. I was awakened the first night I was there by an 11:30pm phone call asking me about a ride to the airport the next morning. Ugh! I was staying two nights and had signed up for the Sunday morning shuttle.
