We finally got our bags up to the 3 floor (after looking for a baggage cart, finally finding the one broken one they had and the elevator got stuck). As soon as I sat down on the bad to catch my breath my friend was like get up because there’s a spider on the bed. Ok so I get up and he kills the spider. My son (2yrs old) sat on the other bed so something told me to check the bed. Sure enough I checked it and there were like 3 baby spiders on the bed! I immediately grabbed my son and called the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk acted very quickly and within 5 mins was walking up to me with a different key card for a different room. We get into our new room and it’s ok. Tub had hair in it, and the toilet water is brown but we made due. Today as we were trying to leave we couldn’t find the one baggage cart so we just went down to breakfast and as we were trying to catch the elevator back up it never came.. me, my son, and about 3 others were waiting after one lady told me that her and her son was stuck at the second level for about 10 mins. We just had too much stuff to drag down the stairs. I decided to try the elevator. We waited and we heard the elevator going up and down but never stopping. So after about 10 mins I showed the lady where the stairs were after telling the lady at the front desk that the elevator was broken. She just said “oh you have to wait for the doors to close then press the button.” She was so overwhelmed with other issues I just thanked her.

There was nothing unique. Tub had paint stains.shower curtain had holes. Breakfast had old fruit, and the pancakes were frozen. No fresh coffee. Also it appears that someone is running a call girl business out of the parking lot 😠. Had to stay another night so I went to another hotel.. Ramada used to be a top of the line hotel, I will never use it again.

Outdated and missing items in rooms, etc

The only plus was the bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was fine. Location felt unsafe for me & my daughter. Room was missing refrigerator, housekeeping just straightened bed covers & did not replaced used hand towel. Drawer handle was broken. Breakfast was the worse that I have experienced. Coffee machine did not make hot chocolate, food was skimpy and very plentiful on carbohydrates.

Do Not Stay Here...

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better customer service. Working equipment.
Pay an extra few dollars to stay at a nearby hotel. Worst experience I have ever had in over 10 years! We waited almost 2 hours to get checked in to our room and then when we went to enter it, they had actually checked someone else into our room. They then relocated us to another, smaller room that was filthy dirty. To make matters worse, the elevator was malfunctioning and our key cards were not working. There was only one person working the front desk, so we had to wait *every time* to fix the problems. In the end, we stayed confined to the room for fear of anything else going wrong. Our evening was ruined and no manager "was available" to rectify the situation. I even called corporate. Conveniently, they could not help either. Travelocity customer service was the only help we got. Still waiting for someone from Ramada to bother rectifying a ruined experience from beginning to end.

Hotel under remodel

Hotel is under remodel, bath tub stained, hole in shower curtain, not what I expect for a Ramada. Parts that have been remodeled are already in need of repair.

The room had stains on the floor and the bed. It stunk. The elevators didn't work. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The shower was gross and only one towel??? The desk clerk was sweet, though. Wasn't his fault.
