I have stayed at many properties on VRBO before but this was by far the worse! Broken couch that needed repairs during our stay! Major leak in the kitchen ceiling everytime upstairs bathroom /shower was used. The owner/host would not issue a refund despite the ceiling of kitchen falling down at one point. There appeared to be black mold between floor of bathroom and ceiling! I would not rent this property if I were you! The best thing about this property was the photographer who took pictures to make the property look nicer than reality!

When we arrived, it appeared someone was staying there. The bed downstairs was slept in. I called immediately and we were ssked to leave for 3 hours so a cleaning crew could come in. We had 2 small children and it was already after 6pm. I did the cleaning. The light in the laundry room didn’t work and was to be fixed Saturday which never happened. I had to wash all the bedding before we slept and I haven’t heard a word about any refund including the cleaning fee that I was promised. No communication from the host after issues.
