Everything is perfect. All the staff is so nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok. The pool is nice, small and cozy, just what you need in the hot weather. The rooms are fresh and spacious. Would love to come back.

Great time! We stayed in the upgraded room which had our own private pool and terrace. The staff were all amazing, the room was clean and spacious. Definitely felt like it had value for the money especially in Santorini. It was about a 10 minute walk to Fira but we liked that cause it was quieter around our hotel in the evenings. The staff also couldn't do enough for you. Would stay here again for sure.

Family owned, walkable, and welcoming

A wonderful family run hotel just 15 minute walk to downtown Fira! My family stayed here on our first trip to Santorini, and was happy to be in walking distance to restaurants/tours if you can walk up the beautiful windy streets to downtown. The staff was great and very welcoming. The working donkeys of the island walk right by the hotel every morning, their bells jingling. We will stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time staying here! The lovely lady who served us gave us lots of recommendations and was really accommodating. The villa was beautiful, spacious and had great outdoor space for us to have our morning coffee/breakfast. We had cleaners who provided us with fresh towels/sheets every morning which was a lovely touch. It was also very close to the centre of Fira so it was easy for us to sightsee. The pool was so nice and quiet and we loved relaxing there in between sightseeing. It was slightly noisy as it was next to a road but other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here :)

The staff was so friendly and nice. They were a pleasure to get to know. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was not enough room to put our big suitcases. We enjoy walking and didn't mind the uphill walk to get to the center of fiera.

My family loved our stay at Alizea. The staff are all very warm, inviting, and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and kept very clean. I like that the location is a bit farther away from the main square, but still close enough that it's easily walkable. Just be prepared for a lot of uphill walking.

A quiet spot in Fira

Our stay at Alizea was mostly good. The customer service and communication was great. Offering a free simple breakfast everyday and daily housekeeping. Also organising transfers to and from the port. Unfortunately the internet did not work in our room and we had minimal to no phone reception. Usually this wouldn’t be a big problem but we paid extra for the luxury suite as Santorini was meant to be the relaxation portion at the end of our month long trip and intended to spend time in our room entertaining ourselves, but we ended up having to leave the room to contact friends and family etc. I will say Alizea were aware of this and tried to help by getting the wifi from a neighbouring hotel but unfortunately still didn’t work in our room.
