Travelocity Verified Review
"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card.
2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited.
3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded.
4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."
