Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was always stocked with hot and fresh items. Rooms are clean but sink and tub drain are very slow. We only needed 2 of the 3 rooms booked and tried to request a refund but denied by the hotel. Working through insurance to see fi that purchase was worth the money and they can refund the room.
