Modern and spacious apartment perfect to spend your holidays or a short break. Enjoy the amazing views to Puerto de las Nieves and the ocean where sometimes you can also spot the Teide volcano from Tenerife.

Our house has a beautiful contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. You will have an oven, microwave and also a washing machine.
In our rooms you will find what you are looking for, perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting.

Our team will be at your disposal to solve any problem or doubt you may have during your stay. Local recommendations, taxi reservations, etc.

Gran Canaria is a big destination with almost 60km of beaches to enjoy with the family and with a western part declared a Biosphere Reserve. It is a unique natural space for its beauty and for the great variety of ecosystems it houses.

Beautiful view

Very pleasant apartment with beatiful view, kid's playground right under balcony, close to the beach and shops and restaurants nearby. It would be good to add some basic facilities for better comfort. Our overall stay was great.

Schöne Lage, sauber, aber Luft nach oben

Das Apartment war sauber und schön renoviert. Sehr viele Schränke :-), die Küchengeräte sehen ziemlich neu aus. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön. Verbesserungspotetntal: Kein Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee, keine Ablage in der Dusche, Bett zu kurz für mich (bin 1,85m), Kissen sehr hart. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einem rechteckigen Innenschacht des Hauses. Der ist zwar nach oben offen, riecht aber sehr muffig, so dass man das Fenster nicht wirklich öffnen möchte. Es kommt dann sehr unangenehm riechende Luft ins Zimmer.

Schönes, modernes und großzügiges Apartment

Alles war sehr sauber, modern und neu. Daher fehlten wohl auch noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Nachttisch wäre schön, und Bedienung für die sehr schönen Lampen mit integriertem Fan). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Bis auf die etwas hellhörigen Lichtschächte.
