Honestly I would give it 8/10 it was very clean and welcoming when we got there and it was very comfortable. The property manager was very friendly and when I had a problem they contacted me back at a reasonable time.

Has Potential

Does have potential ! House is connected to an apartment , can clearly hear through wall in bedroom. Property needs sprayed for bugs and broken glass from a window in front needs cleaned up . Water/ice from fridge doesn’t work . We also had an issue with the humidity in the house and they brought a small dehumidifier over right away. The house served our purpose and allows pets !

Well for starters Carlos was very attentive, punctual & accommodating. The area a lil sketchy but i was in town for a funeral so i just wanted a place where i can be close to relatives in Goldsboro. Considering that was my first time bisiting NC

A very dirty place, there was dog hair everywhere even on the beds, the blankets were dirty, the house smelled like cigarettes.
