This apartment used to be my home, I love it dearly and as you will see by the renovation the kitchen, bathroom, carpet and fittings are quality. I hope you enjoy this space as much as I have over the years. I'm sure you will love it as I do!

Getting Around:

A taxi to or from the airport is flat rate of $55, please tell the taxi driver that you want the flat rate fare advertised online for Broadbeach hotels.

Florida Gardens light rail station is just over 2 blocks North on the Gold Coast highway. This runs north to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the University Hospital and South as far as Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

There is a bus stop right out the front of the building on Surf Parade. This bus stop will take you directly to theme parks heading North (Route TX2,TX3 Gold Coast to Theme Parks or 705 to Seaworld).

The bus stop across the road in front of the bowls club heads South. This will take you to the casino, Pacific Fair and Broadbeach South light rail station where you can connect with buses on most other routes.

Close to the broadbeach ,have everything you need for a short stay
Pros: Cosy apartment, well equipped kitchen, convenience store just located opposite to the road (but expensive). Free laundry. 15 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall and restaurants. Cons: No aircon we already knew but the vans provided were groggy and shaking, its a bit dangerous for children. No beddings and blankets for sofa bed. Overall is still nice for a short stay.

The property is an easy walk to the beach. Great Coffee across the road with a great shop with everything in it that you will need, just around the corner is a really good fish and chip shop that also does pizza. centrally located so easy to get to places from it.

Great location. 2mins walk to cafe, convenience store, BWS, fish n chip shop. 5 mins walk to patrolled beach. 30 minutes walk to main surfers town and 20 mins walk to Broadbeach main town, PAC Fair, Casino and Draculas. Tram line around corner.Clean and tidy, great bathroom and shower. There were six of us and apartment was roomy enough but bedding not really for six. More appropriate for 4. One of us had to sleep on floor on mattress in a very squashed room. Main bedroom great size. Another had to sleep on pull out couch so meant they always,got woken up when all got up. Luckily 4 of them were 24 year old boys who don't mind roughing it a bit. Be great if there were bunks in the second bedroom. Then the apartment would be great for 6. Would definitely stay there again though.

Terrible experience
Had a client in an electric wheelchair and even after explaining to owner who assured it was accessible had 5 steps 1 into unit and lift too small to fit chair. Rang to change booking sat on hold for 40 mins no resolution. Carers had to find another property after waiting in the car for 2 hours. Awful service and a stack of misinformation. Lost all our money.

Clean and convenient near the beach
Pros: Handy location. Great kitchen and bathroom. Cons: No aircons or ceiling fans apartment was very, very stuffy in the heat. Couldn’t leave the windows open to get a breeze at night because of street noise and neighbours loud tv. No clothes drier though it was included in the listing. Lift was dicey not working all the time had to lug bags upstairs. Very friendly very helpful owner and this could be a winner if it had aircon and a drier and lift issues sorted.

Our New Years
We really enjoyed our holiday but we found it hard to fit 2 teenage boys on the couch bed and needed to purchase a blow up bed for them to sleep comfortably. We probably had the best New Years ever so thank you very much!
