I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay. The room I was given was not what I had paid for and did not match what was advertised. Despite being a guest, I was unable to use the hotel parking as it was completely full. The rooftop bar was also fully booked, even though we were paying guests; in my experience, other hotels reserve space for overnight guests as standard.
Additionally, the towels in the room were stained which I have photos of, which is unacceptable. I spent £200 on this stay, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This is not the level of service I expect when paying this amount.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed promptly.
