Information about the neighbourhood:
The holiday home is located in Engi, Canton Glarus, Switzerland.
The Kletterstein, where there are various routes to climb, is just a few minutes' walk away. On the other side of the road is the 9-hole alpine golf course. The whole area is rounded off by various hiking trails and cycle paths.
The Elm ski area is 10 minutes away. You can easily get there by car or by bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The Weissenberge cable car is in the next village. An ideal area for hiking, sledging or simply enjoying the sun.

Location:
Directly on the road, set back. Surrounded by a large meadow with about 20 goats. The public car park is right next to the house.

Floor plan:
Downstairs: Hallway, simple kitchen with corner bench (6 p.), fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker and wood-burning cooker, washing machine and wood-burning stove. Living room with dining area and adjoining room. They are connected to each other. In the adjoining room: a sofa that can be pulled out into an extra bed. In the front part: cosy living room with sofa, TV and tiled stove. There is also a dining table with seating for 6 people. It is important to note that the living room is sloping and tall people cannot stand well everywhere. However, this only applies to this one room!
Bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washbasin.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200), a chest of drawers and wardrobe, bedroom with two single beds (2x 90x200) and chest of drawers, bedroom with single bed (140x200) and built-in wardrobe.
Inside heating: wood stove and electric heating
Outside: seating area and a beautiful view with the sound of goat bells!

Other sports and leisure activities: In winter: Curling, sledging, snowshoeing, etc. In summer: Climbing, hiking, swimming, etc.
