This would be a 5 star review if the bathroom had an exhaust fan....leaving a 1st floor window open isn't a safe option and not opening it isn't an option at times either....

Huzzah Sunset Lodge!

I've stayed here many times. This is a wonderful roadside motel. Spotlessly clean, updated, <5 minutes to Escanaba proper, very comfortable beds, quiet. These folks are doing everything well.

Perfect for one night on our way to the airport. Simple and clean with everything we needed. The mattresses in our double room were very comfortable and felt like memory foam. Shower in the bathroom is large, water pressure was a bit low but got the job done. Accidentally left something in the room and staff was wonderful and called as soon as they noticed. Would definitely stay here again.
