Everything I saw inside and out was dated, run down, and dirty. I was afraid to sit in the chairs without putting down a towel and the mattresses were in bad shape. Bulbs in desk lamp were unscrewed. Shower convertor design is about 30 years old, they don't even make those any more for good reason. Outlet on lamp does not work. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I could go on......

Front desk lady working approximately 6pm on Saturday (5/25/25) extremely rude, condescending, very abrasive, no knowledge of the area which is shocking because common sense says working in hospitality you should know a little about the city and area. She is unprofessional and will not return because of her. Yes. She was that awful.

I have been staying here spending good money because never had issues at all. Then had to move upstairs even though have bad foot and sciatica problems. I limp when I walk. Didn't matter. Had to move upstairs. Then back downstairs. Management not considerate nor customer oriented. Front desk is great housekeeping too, those ladies are awesome. It's too bad Management isnt at same par. Hopefully the staff and clients stay on with this new management.

no way to warm the bathroom for shower. showered at my daughters. toilet was too low. child size. difficult for the elderly. no safety bars, to get out of tub and use to pull self up from toilet. i know we did not go to live there, just to visit family & sleep 2 nights. afraid to end up on bathroom floor trying to get off toilet, risk a broken hip.
