This recently remodeled studio condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake where you have a private boat slip on buckhorn bay, and also a short walk to Moors Resort and Ralph's Harborview Bar & Grill!

There are 2 parking spaces available for either 2 vehicles, or 1 truck and trailer. You also have 110v electric at the dock so you can charge your batteries right at the dock.

707 sq ft 1st floor, 2 queen beds, studio condo, with front and back patio

This condo was completely remodeled in 2021 with modern, lake themed design and decor.

At the waterfront you have a picnic table and firepit (this is a shared space with the adjacent unit).

Dock - This rental includes the use of 1 uncovered slip in our dock. Electricity is available at the slip. An additional slip might be available upon request.

Overall impressed with the property. The only issue we had was the other guests that shared the same parking lot did not leave room for us to park. We were able to park, but only directly in front of the condo in a UTV that we used the majority of the weekend, but had to park our cars elsewhere (Marina). There would have not been room for 2 vehicles as described in the listing.

Awesome all the way around!
Fantastic condo with lake access. Super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great shower and ample parking. The owner was great to work with, communicated everything we needed to know, and let us know in advance that work was being done on the parking area to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues with the boat/trailer. All around great experience, will definitely book again.

Beautiful place right on the lake.
We had a really good time here. Matt was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we need. We couldn't ask for any better place. When we come back to ky lake we will use Matt and his Vrbo house again.
