While the location is good, walkable to the ferry terminal, a reason why I chose, the comfort level is below my expectations. Rather cramp for four persons and it is safety risk to climb the metal stairs (more ladder like) to the upper floor bed. I also did not expect this venue to be self-check in, ie without a proper counter where we could keep our luggage due to early arrival time. The checking time is generally too rigid fixed at 3pm. Luckily my son decided to rent a car so the luggage’s could be placed and we could move around without carrying them for the next five hours. But another problem soon surfaced as the hotel does not provide parking so each time returning we need to find a parking lot hopefully within walking distance. The upkeep of the room seems rather reactive, the room I stayed had a choked drainage and a mere minute of shower see the bathroom floor flooded. Luckily the “host” was very responsive to my feedback in the next day and have the issue fixed in the morning while we returned after lunch. And it is good for the next two days. Hope the next customers will not face such an issue too soon.
