We had a great stay. The location right downtown was a blessing and everything was in walking distance. For those first timers to Gatlinburg, walking is the fastest mode of transportation. By car it's just stop & go traffic with mostly stopped. The Reagan Resort is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and a very convenient location. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only downside is the limited parking on site. Not to worry because the resort apparently contracts with the city to use (free of charge) the public parking garage located across the street. Over all, we'll definity stay there again... Tim S.
