"The apartments are in a fantastic location and were very clean and well appointed. We could walk to the harbor in about 10 minutes and grabbing a bus was very easy! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The check in process was not smooth. The office staff seemed disorganized and could not find a key to one of our rooms. Looks like they need to put a processes in place behind the scenes, and train staff to communicate with guests while working through any issues. At one point the employee helping us left the building for 5-10 minutes and we weren’t sure why. That same employee told us we did not request parking in advance- which we had. Fortunately, another employee stepped in letting us know that there were spots available, so it turned out to be a moot point. The parking was not easy as the map to the garage needs to be replaced with clear directions, especially for the lower level. Also a heads up for how tight and challenging it is to get to the lower level would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and this place would be great if the front office put in better check in processes and communication protocols."
