"Very welcoming and helpful staff.The location is excellent and safe.Very close to attractions and with grocery stores and bakeries nearby.How I wish there’s a small microwave and a small refrigerator in the room.There’s a nice coffee maker and coffee/tea supply but please add some sugar and creamer as well as teaspoons..thank you!Bathroom is tight and sink is very tiny but with heated floors.Otherwise our hotel stay was good…"

"Great location near train station. When coming by train, simply walk down platform 3/4 and take the lift to Acrobat Bridge. From here there is a walkway on the left that avoids all the stairs which are a pain with cases. The office is 20m to the right."

"(deluxe apartment) firstly, It isn’t mentioned in the description but you have to pay a holding deposit on arrival. There is also no information about how to check in prior the day, when you arrive to the hotel you have to call a number to get your room key. The hotel expects you to clean the room before you leave otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee. The walls are thin - we heard arguing next door which went on for ages. There was also no bathroom hand towels or mats. Secondly, I looked at google reviews before and got really worried due to the bad reviews, in all honesty it isn’t that awful. It’s in a good location and if you aren’t expecting a comfortable hotel then you will be fine!"
