The breakfast was amazing, selection was impressive, staff was friendly and excellent in making delicious latte! The safe in my room was not working, front desk was able to switch me to another room with a functioning safe. Location of the hotel can't be beat, very close to the central train station, and near an Oslo sauna/bathhouse (highly recommend btw). I wish I've heard of this hotel chain earlier, I would have booked Clarion hotel at Malmo (my next destination).

Staff were nice, room clean, breakfast good. My only complaint was the heating in my room doesn’t work. I increased the temperature but the room never warmed up. I have informed reception on this issue twice. Both (different staff) gave the same answer and both times I said I did what the instructions said but it’s not warming up. They said they will have maintenance look into it. Never got a response and the room stayed cold. I just gave up.

Very good hotel

This was our first time to Oslo. This is a nice hotel, but 3 out of 4 taxi drivers did not know where it is -- there is another Clarion Hotel in Oslo, which may have confused them. So they need to advertise more, I guess. Other than that, this hotel is very convenient to the Munch museum and the central train station area.

Room was good and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast was exceptional. The best of our trip so far. The omelets at the omelet station were outstanding. The only minor complaints is that we were told the wrong breakfast hours for a Monday. If my husband hadn’t noticed the posted hours, we would have missed breakfast completely.

Great Hotel. Location is excellent, on the water, close to the railway station. Rooms are a good size - clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent - so much choice, barista coffee. Staff are friendly and very efficient.
