I will start by saying we had a wonderful stay and the pool and hot tub were amazing! My issue was really just that the photos online are pretty deceiving. The property looks to be flipped a few times or just renovations that were done at different timeframes. Not a huge issue, it just wasn't what we were expecting based on the photos online. The outdoor patio furniture was not in great shape and also had really dirty cushions, and there were cushions missing. Still usable just not what I was expecting for a rental. The couches definitely could use a cleaning and the rugs/carpets also had stains and need to be cleaned desperately. The house also wasn't super clean...air vent in master bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and when moving the trash can to put a new bag in, we found behind the trash can on the side of the island was really gross...it hadn't been cleaned recently. It just seemed like it isn't fully cleaned each time. Beds were clean and whatnot, it was just other parts of the house that didn't feel clean (fridge also hadn't been wiped down). On a positive note, the pool and hot tub were AMAZING and the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Also, not an issue, but the bunk beds are probably meant for pre-teens. I believe they are metal and not super sturdy.
