We took our pup and we loved the gated area so she can roam around freely outside. They also had large water and food bowls. The AC was great...we like it cold an no one complained in any of the rooms nor the loft. there were also fans throughout which helped with temperature control. We were a family of 2 you kids and one adult child, 2 grandparents, and the the two of us parents. And the space was nicely laid out to where we never felt crammed or ontop of each other. The kids and adults moved around freely and used all of the spaces. We couldnt figure out how to open up the sliding door off the kitchen which would've made it nicer but truly the space was great and we all enjoyed it. No complaints from anyone. The home was located about a 1 minute walk away from a private neighborhood fishing pier. We backed up to a natural preserve which was nice since we werent right off the beach and we were only a few minutes away, just had to drive across the road and we had beach access. it wasnt crowded. only problem for us is that we didnt bring any beach chairs or tents and there were no vendors on the beach we had to drive up just past jamaica beach out 10 minutes to get to a spot with beach vendors to rent the chairs and umbrellas. The home had all the kitchen essentials and extras, plenty of towels to bathe with and plenty of beach towels! That was awesome!!! There was also washer and dryer so we were able to wash. 100% recommend this place.
