"Bay Breeze" is just that, a cool place to hang out and play and make memories. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the large, elevated deck overlooking the canal.
Bay Breeze is a 3 night minimum rental. If you are staying 2 nights, I may approve on a case/case basis, so you can request and I can get back with you quickly.
We have a Ring camera/floodlight above the garage door facing the driveway, trash receptacles and road/marina area.
Relax in the breezy living and dining area underneath while you watch the kids play, fish or swim. They will really enjoy the rope swing, kayaking or playing cornhole, our guest storage area has plenty of activities to choose from. Things don’t have to slow down in the evening; you can fish, stargaze, enjoy the firepit or cookout on the gas grill. The house boasts open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Primary bedroom has double glass doors looking out to the main canal and opens onto the wrap around deck. Master bath includes deep jetted tub and seamless glass shower. 3 bedrooms 2 baths which Sleeps 6 adults. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. All the comforts of home. Linens and towels included with full size washer and dryer on main living area. Ceiling fans in all rooms w/bedside fans in the queen bed rooms. 4 Kayaks and life vests, crab cages, beach toys, basketball, and chairs. ROKU TVs in all bedrooms plus larger ROKU TV in Living room for streaming. You can enjoy watching as boats launch at the ramp in front of the house.
