Located just a short drive from world renown wineries such as Nikolaihof, hiking trails, and other outdoor activities, our villa is the perfect home base for your next Austrian adventure. Check below, in the map section, our not-to-be-missed list of interesting places to visit.

Note: two bicycles are available free of use for our guests.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a cozy and inviting living area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals using fresh ingredients from the local markets.

The villa features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of closet space to store your belongings, spacious and comfortable living areas, and two bathrooms with showers and supply of fresh towels and toiletries included.

The spacious outdoor offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and it is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a barbecue grill, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining and entertaining.
