Overall, the stay was okay, but there are some points to improve: ยท Hair dryer was not powerful and difficult to use. ยท Not enough mirrors in the room. ยท No proper makeup area or vanity space. ยท Location is not very convenient โ€“ itโ€™s quite a long walk to the subway station.

Hotel is quiet, efficient and clean. Bfast was included and we opted for in room delivery which was very nice. Miyahira-San was extremely attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Canal City and Tenzin park, nice during Christmas.

We love this property. It is very kids friendly and we enjoy the larger tatami space for lounging and packing. Staff is very friendly and is always available. Breakfast was western style and was very delicious.

Amazing amazing service. Hotel manager greeting us from our taxiโ€ฆ to helping us find restaurants to dine, to showing us to the elevator, our ferry changed due to weather and they were so accommodating fir the cancelation of one of the nightsโ€ฆ. Just so lovely everyone. The room was a bit small for our family of 4 but to be expected of Japan hotel. In retrospect should have reserved 2 rooms. Our fault.
