The woman that checked us in was very nice! The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, those were the only nice things about the place. The room wasn't as clean as we were hoping. As soon as we entered, the room smelled VERY peppery. Not like, a spicy scented cleaning agent, like actual pepper. There was stuff and holes all over the walls. The iron was broken and got too hot to use. The ironing board cover was very dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the drain whenever we'd use the sink. The ac/heater unit would make a loud horrible noise whenever we'd turn it on/off, but it did its job. We got in late, so we didn't have the energy to ask for a new room. Overall, I'd rate my stay 2 stars.

The staff was very accommodating, except when it came to no Ice . TV in first room they assigned didn't work, she first gave me new batteries when that didn't do the trick, gave me the room next door. Towels are very thin but for the price on new years eve, it was safe close and convenient. Nice bathroom and toiletries. Black out shades did their thing this morning cause i didn't want to get up! I'd stay again if needed.

All staff I that I encountered were friendly and helpful.. The problem is that the room had a dirty washcloth on the floor by the sink aswell as mens facial hair around the sink.. no biggie. I moved on until I had to shower. One towel stained with something sticky on it and the other towel is what I chose to use after pulling about 8 or 9 long black hairs off of it.. would have said this place was great if it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness.. I would have no complaints if this was a $40 room, but for $100 I expected a clean room at least..

I like how quiet it was and the staff was all nice... The one thing I wish was open was the pool and the hotel had breakfast.
