The Francis Marion Hotel
"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location right on King street. This hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Charleston, and the view from the 6th-floor room was excellent. That said, we were in town during Halloween, and it was very loud outside until about 3am, so if you like quiet, request a room that is not facing Marion Sq. The room size was great, decorated very nicely, and has comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit dated and small, but everything was in working order. We did not use dining. gym, or spa facilities."
