The apartment has many good things. Great location, a good size and really easy to walk out for restaurants, bakeries etc. The problem is that it isn’t well maintained. The main living area walls need to be repainted and have stains and chips on them. The kitchen appliances are a bit dirty, the floor was dirty when we arrived and there was dust on the surfaces. There were dead flies in the red up light lamp. The shower has a drainage problem and gives off a smell that fills the apartment if the door is not shut. The toilet also gurgles. The garden area was not swept and there were leaves and a tissue on the welcome mat. There is also not wifi at all which seems mad in 2026! Laure was very easy to communicate with and the area is great, but the apartment needs work, it feels neglected.
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar (Geschäfte, Wochenmarkt, Strand, Hafen). Besonders angenehm war die Ausstattung mit einer Klimaanlage, wodurch wir zur Nacht die Temperaturen sehr angenehm.
Très bonne location ,propre conforme à la description, près de tout,commerce ,plage,restos,banques,cafes (200m.).Propriétaire trés reactive ,je recommande sans hésitation.
